SOL is an artist run Space for Contemporary Art on the harbour in Nexø on Bornholm. Through collaborations with both national and international artists and curators, SOL wishes to challenge established formats of exhibiting and at the same time strengthen the interest of contemporary art in the local environment. SOL opened during Spring 2019 and is run by the association Sol Nexø with artist Sofie Amalie Andersen as artistic director.
